The “supporters” of Issue 2 are solely out-of-state billionaires, and their real purpose is to keep money flowing to casinos just across the Arkansas/Oklahoma state line. That’s why Issue 2 repeals only one of Arkansas’ four casino licenses — the one in in Pope County, about 91 miles from Pocola.
